Cancellation policy

From the receipt of the goods by the customer, the customer has a right of withdrawal, i.e. a period of 14 days for the return of the delivered goods, whereby the costs of the return are at his expense

Only those were through the e-commerce site Furnari.shop (https://ch.furnari.shop), unopened and returned in the original packaging, can be refunded. Furthermore, the goods must be in perfect condition, not used/worn and must be provided with all labels/ labels and the receipt of the purchase must be enclosed.

The procedure is as follows:

The customer sends an email to info@furnari.shop to make a refund request.

The customer returns the goods at his own expense to the following address:

The goods must be complete, properly protected, in the original packaging (unopened) and, if necessary, with any accessories.

The goods will be shipped from ch.furnari.shop, which confirms the refund or not, in particular by checking whether the product is unused/unworn, in excellent condition, is not a fake and is in a condition suitable for re-marketing, as provided for in the right of withdrawal, has been returned.

If the goods meet the return requirements, they can be refunded or exchanged.

If the goods do not meet the return conditions, they will be returned to the customer, who can therefore not claim a refund.

Refunds are made within one week after receipt of the returned goods, subject to its verification and confirmation of the need for a refund.
